Formerly a management consultant with the internal sales/revenue generation specialist, Ian has global experience working with a large range of national and international clients, including companies such as Paccar, Truckline, CHEP, Brambles, Sensis (formerly Yellow Pages), Wesfarmers, Cleanaway, Smorgon Group and Redken. His expertise creates the means for clients to make their revenue strategies happen.
Drawing on his practical experience as a National Operations Manager responsible for large sales and customer service teams, Ian serves up practical tools which can be used immediately. He weaves his Master NLP studies into ensuring teams communicate effectively with clients (and each other).
