Full or partial cancellation fees will apply to registrations made 30 days or more prior to the event start. The Association is unable to guarantee accommodation after this date as rooms will be released and are then subject to availability.  ARMA strongly recommends you take out travel insurance to cover any cancellation of the conference due to any situation beyond the control of the Association.

By registering for ARMA Events you agree that you will not arrange private events or meetings that conflict with the conference schedule including the trade exhibition and sponsored events. Suppliers that are not exhibitors/sponsors are restricted to a maximum of 2 attendees. Suppliers who are not exhibiting are forbidden from handing out marketing literature in the exhibition or conference.

All attendees must agree to abide by the ARMA Conference Code of Conduct as follows:

Like any great event, it takes great people to make it. While you’re at Rotomould we expect everyone to use good manners, control their behaviour and remember to drink responsibly. If the ARMA Board or Staff believe you’ve crossed the line, we reserve the right to ask you to behave yourself or if necessary, leave the event without refund. Aside from our policies if you choose to continue on the celebrations somewhere else, it is at your own responsibility, so have fun but be careful of yourself and others. We want everyone to enjoy their experience at the conference. If while you are with us, you feel something has happened that we should know about, feel free to approach any of the staff or Board members and let them know so we can deal with it immediately.
